i've broken down my daily junk consumption into by per day basis! (: i hope this will work!! X) but yeah, there's one big choc + 2 smaller choc + half a megasaurus + 5 skittles (:
but that's not all. seeing the breaking down alone doesnt really work. so there's big notices!! and WARNINGS! and reminders! and everything!! so yeah.. EAT SPARINGLY! (:

maybe i should learn from ailin for Daniel's diet (: sounds good. but.. the only thing i know about that diet iz you cannot eat meat and carbs and you can only consume nuts like almonds and vegetables. hmmm! okay, maybe i wont practice that. nuts here are so expensive. but hey, i'm glad i talked to ailin last night (: though we talked for ages(which means i need to buy another calling card), but it was interesting and insightful (: thanks ailin.
well yeah, you know, after talking to her, it made me really realize that smth you do actually can have a deeper consequence than you tink you actually cause. i feel really bad and really guilty at times to really know the extend how people interpret actions and responses. it's like how we're juz more sensitive towards A and at the same time not so much to B. but others might juz be more sensitive towards B and less of A. den we juz harbour different kinds of secret grudges against one another. it's miserable honestly. and pathetic. ):
oh well, anyway i tink some of you should know it somehow or another. but yeah, juz official notice that i'm carefree again (: it feels like a relief and i can breathe again (:
